14 Days of Metabolic Awareness
1 hour
Service description
This 14-day guided experience is designed to help you become more aware of the patterns influencing your energy, digestion, cravings, mood, and metabolism in everyday life.
Built around a gentle low-histamine framework, this program is less about restriction and more about observation. I want you to have clarity about how your body responds to food, stress, sleep, and daily habits with less guesswork.
Inside, you’ll receive:
Daily educational guidance from Dr. Emily Wolbers
A simple food framework (without extreme dieting)
Practical tools for noticing patterns in real time
Research-backed lessons designed to support metabolic awareness
This isn’t about perfection or quick fixes. It’s an opportunity to slow down, gather better information, and begin understanding what your body may be communicating through its patterns and responses.
Whether you’ve been experiencing bloating, fatigue, brain fog, hormone shifts, or simply want to feel more connected to your body this season, this experience offers a thoughtful place to begin.
Bonus credit to do this in the spring. Spring is a season of awareness, renewal, and fresh perspective. Your body deserves that too.

11 Years of ExperienceFirst, let me warn you that I am a nerd and a recovering Type A — or as I like to say, a lowercase type a now. For years, I treated food like a puzzle to optimize. I ate "perfectly," tracked everything, and still felt like something was off. Living in a culture that celebrates perfectionism, I learned firsthand how there is a fine line between healthy and obsessive and how much that tension lives in the body. That experience is part of why I do this work the way I do. I've been in the field of naturopathic medicine since 2015, specializing in digestive health and the gut-hormone connection. I help smart, motivated women who have been doing everything right get the answers they've been looking for. I teach women how to read their own body's data. I earned my medical degree from the National University of Natural Medicine and my Bachelor's in Dietetics from Bradley University. I founded QC Natural Health in 2018 and have had the privilege of helping thousands of people feel like themselves again. My approach blends evidence-based medicine, nutrition science, and mind-body practices. In my free time, you'll find me on my yoga mat, deep in the latest gut health research, or practicing the self-compassion I teach. I hold an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher certification and teach conscious communication in yoga teacher trainings.

“I recently completed the Spring cleanse, and was genuinely surprised by how impactful it was in such a short time. Going into it, I didn’t expect to feel much different after only two weeks, but by the end, I noticed meaningful changes in both my digestion and sleep. The recipes were simple, delicious and easy to prepare, which made it realistic to stay consistent even during a busy schedule. One of the things I appreciated most was how east the meals were to integrate into my normal eating habits afterwards. The biggest surprise for me was how quickly I noticed changes. After two days, I felt noticeably less bloated, and I had a much more settled and comfortable gut overall. Even more unexpectedly, as someone who wakes up around 3 am and struggles to stay asleep, I was able to sleep through the night during the cleanse. Overall, this cleanse was approachable, supportive, and genuinely beneficial. I came away with healthier eating habits that I’ve actually been able to maintain beyond the program itself. Most importantly, I’ve learned how to really listen to my body and pay attention to how different foods make me feel. Since the cleanse, I’ve become much more mindful about choosing foods that support my digestion and avoid the ones that don’t serve me well.”
