Fruit & Veggie Wash by Barely Serious

Hi! We're Barely Serious brand, formerly the Simple Bare Necessities product line. This is a rebrand launch which came to fruition when founder Mikaela (hi👋🏻 that's me) had a self-realignment. "My brand began in 2021 as a form to bring community. My first creation was our best-selling Oatmeal Face Mask Powder. Community flocked to create with me and it was so fulfilling. In 2022, I had my first son Lincoln and motherhood took full swing. Everett was born two years later. Becoming a mom to these two boys was the best thing in my world, but I strived to find balance between motherhood, entrepreneurship and self-care. I found myself neglecting my own needs and wants. In a struggle to create the balance, I took to formulating and creating my products again, this time as my own creative outlet. My product line blossomed. Our product flew off our shelves, local & non-local shops stocked our goods. I was so proud, but there was something that still felt off. After some wise conversations from friends and coaches, my eyes opened that the brand of my products didn't feel like me. Like Mikaela. And since these products came from my creations, made with my two hands - I needed that to be aligned. Barely Serious brand reflects who I am and who I always hope to be. It showcases who I wish to be as a mother, and what I want to instill in my children. Be Strong, Be Sustainable, Be Silly, Beautifully Simple, Barely Serious.
